Can you install Wi-Fi in our Sydney CBD office?
Yes. We regularly do office fit-outs and Wi-Fi upgrades across Sydney CBD, Parramatta and Western Sydney. Most jobs are scoped from your floorplan and completed after hours to avoid disrupting the team.
What Wi-Fi equipment do you use?
Business-grade access points from Meraki, Ubiquiti UniFi or Aruba depending on the site. We choose the platform that fits your size, budget and management preference - not one we're locked into.
How long does a Wi-Fi installation take?
A typical small office Wi-Fi install is one to two days on-site. Larger fit-outs including cabling take a week or more. We work around business hours where possible.
Do you handle cabling and racks?
Yes. We do structured cabling, patch panels, switch installation and rack tidy-ups as part of most jobs, or as standalone work when a rack needs untangling.
Can you separate guest Wi-Fi from staff?
Yes, and we recommend it as standard. Guest Wi-Fi should never touch the network that has your file server, accounts system or Microsoft 365 devices.
Do you provide ongoing network support?
Yes. Network monitoring and support is included in managed IT, or available as a standalone monthly service.
