Do you have offices outside the Sydney CBD?
Yes. Alongside Suite 1406, 447 Kent Street in the Sydney CBD, we have an office at 9 Hassall Street, Parramatta, and a Canberra office at 26 Peter Cullen Way, Wright ACT. We do not claim offices in suburbs where we do not have them, but our engineers service the whole metro region.
Is on-site support available across Greater Sydney?
Yes. Most issues are resolved remotely within minutes, and when a job needs a physical presence we send an engineer from the nearest office, usually the same day.
