These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, content and services provided by AA Network Technologies Pty Ltd ("AA Network", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
1. Services
AA Network provides ICT services including managed IT, procurement, consulting, resourcing, software development, support and training. Specific deliverables, scope, fees and timelines for engagements are set out in a separate written agreement, statement of work or service order ("Service Agreement"). In the event of a conflict, the Service Agreement prevails over these Terms.
2. Use of the website
You agree that you will not:
- Use the website in any unlawful manner or for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with their operation.
- Reproduce, copy, modify or distribute content from the site without our written consent.
- Submit false, misleading or harmful information.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software and design, is owned by or licensed to AA Network and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
4. Fees and payment
Fees for our services are set out in the relevant Service Agreement. Invoices are payable within the time stated on the invoice. We may suspend services for overdue accounts. All fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
5. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information secure and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any Service Agreement.
6. Warranties and consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we provide the website on an "as is" basis and exclude all other warranties, conditions and representations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AA Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with use of the website or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Third-party links and services
The website may contain links to third-party sites or reference third-party products. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time without notice if you breach these Terms. Termination of any Service Agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
