After working across IT consulting, technical support, systems engineering, project delivery, business operations and ICT training, I saw a common problem. Many businesses were investing in technology without receiving the guidance, protection or long-term planning they genuinely needed.
Technology should not create confusion, unnecessary risk or ongoing frustration. It should improve productivity, protect important information, support employees and create stronger business outcomes.
That principle shapes the way we work at AA Network Technologies.

My background as an ICT consultant, trainer and technology leader allows me to look at technology from both a technical and commercial perspective.
My Doctor of Philosophy in Information Systems & Technology Management and Master of Business Administration in Business Innovation and Technology have further strengthened my interest in digital transformation, cybersecurity, technology governance, innovation and sustainable business growth.
I believe technology strategy should always connect back to the organisation's broader goals.
