A new Sydney IT firm, built to be the local team we always wanted for our own clients.
AA Network Technologies is a founder-led managed IT services Sydney firm in its first year. That is not something we hide, it is the whole point. Small team, direct access, real attention.
I am Ronit Sriwastav, Director of AA Network Technologies. I want to tell you honestly how this business started, what we believe, and where we are going next.
Why we started AA Network
Sydney and Parramatta businesses deserve an IT team that actually shows up.
Before AA Network, I watched too many small and mid-sized businesses in Sydney get treated like a ticket number. Slow replies. Vague answers. Invoices for work nobody could quite explain. When something broke, no one was really theirs.
I wanted to build the opposite of that. A local team you can call, meet, and hold accountable. Someone who knows your setup, your people, and what a bad Monday morning looks like for your business.
What we believe about IT support
Small and hands-on beats big and anonymous.
You should know the name of the person looking after your systems. And they should know yours.
Plain English, always.
If we cannot explain it without jargon, we do not understand it well enough yet.
Fix the cause, not the ticket.
Closing the same issue three times is not support. It is a loop we would rather break.
Only sell what you actually need.
No padding. No licences you will never use. If something is fine as it is, we say so.

Niraj is the calm voice on the other end when something is misbehaving. He would rather fix the cause than the symptom.

Cloud & Microsoft 365
RajKumar looks after the Microsoft 365 and cloud work. He is the one who makes sure your licences are actually earning their keep.

Support & Networking
Sujan runs day-to-day support and on-site work. If we say we will drop in, that is usually Sujan at your reception.
Where we are headed
A local IT ecosystem for Sydney, built one relationship at a time.
Our headquarters moved into Suite 1406, 447 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 1 July 2026. Our second office is at 9 Hassall Street, Parramatta 2150 NSW.
In time, AA Network is building toward a wider local IT ecosystem, including AA Network Launchpad, a training and employment program we are quietly working on. That is a longer conversation for another day. For now, our whole focus is looking after the businesses that trust us early.
