What’s the typical session length?

Most sessions are 60–90 minutes. Onboarding programs run across a half-day. Custom programs are scoped to your needs.

Do you provide training materials?

Yes — slides, quick-reference cards, and recorded sessions are included with every engagement.

Can training be delivered remotely?

Yes. Most M365 and end-user sessions work well remotely. Onboarding and hands-on sessions often work better onsite.

How do you measure adoption?

We agree on adoption KPIs up-front — usage stats, ticket reduction, time-to-productivity — and report against them post-delivery.

Are you a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)?

We deliver vocational training in partnership with our RTO partners for accredited outcomes. Most engagements are non-accredited practical training.
