How is this different from Managed IT Services?

Managed IT covers your whole IT operation. Support & Maintenance is narrower — focused on keeping specific systems healthy. Many clients use both.

Can you support systems you didn’t build?

Yes. We complete a short discovery and documentation phase first, then run ongoing care from there.

What about emergencies outside business hours?

Standard support is business hours. After-hours coverage is available as an add-on for systems that need it.

Do you handle backup as a separate service?

Yes — backup verification is one of our most-requested standalone engagements. Many businesses have backups they’ve never tested.

Can you work alongside our existing MSP?
