How long does onboarding take?

Typical onboardings complete in 2–4 weeks. We document your environment, take over admin credentials, and run a 30-day “shadow” period before going fully live — so you don’t notice the switch happening.

What if we already have internal IT staff?

We work alongside them. Many clients use us to take the noise — tickets, after-hours, vendor management — so internal staff can focus on strategic projects.

How is pricing structured?

Per-user, per-month, with bands for Core, Growth, and Enterprise levels of service. No hidden hourly billing for in-scope support.

Can we cancel if it isn’t working?

Yes. Contracts are monthly after the initial onboarding term, and we’ll help you transition to another provider if you decide to leave — that’s written into the contract.

Do you cover after-hours emergencies?

Standard plans cover AEST business hours. After-hours and 24/7 coverage are available as upgrades — common for retail, healthcare, and multi-site businesses.
